Christopher S. Walker is a Senior Attorney at Michael E. Carroll & Associates, and has practiced law in Georgia for over 15 years handling cases in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Domestic Litigation and Wills & Estates. As a former Insurance Defense attorney, he has extensive experience in how insurance companies defend injury claims, and he now successfully uses this knowledge to help his injured clients receive the compensation they deserve.   

Christopher was born and raised in Georgia. In 1998, he left to serve a mission for his church where he spent two full years living in and serving the people of Monterrey, Mexico. As a missionary, he became fluent in the Spanish Language and gained a love for the people and culture of Mexico which now informs his passion for defending and fighting for the rights of the Hispanic Community.   

Upon his return from Mexico, Christopher completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he graduated with honors with a Batchelor’s degree in Political Science in 2003. Christopher went on to attend Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007. While in law school, he was active in the Legal Aid Volunteer Association and received many honors including a place on the Dean’s List, CALI Award for Legal Writing, Faculty Legal Writing Award, and the Public Interest Fellowship Award. He was able to intern in the Georgia Advocacy Office where he participated in the Georgia Advance Health Directive Drafting Committee, Georgia Children’s Freedom Initiative Committee, and The Long Road Home/Olmstead Commemoration. 

Christopher is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Workers’ Compensation Law, General Practice & Trial Law, Tort & Insurance Law, and Criminal Law Sections. In addition to his professional career, Christopher enjoys serving his community through his involvement with his church, the Boy Scouts of America, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Marcus Autism Center and other charitable organizations. Christopher currently resides in Hoschton, Georgia with his wife and four children.
